You can see your account history and the status of each of your orders as follows: Pending – your order has been received by us but has not been processed yet. An order can be cancelled at this stage and a refund will be issued. Paid – We have received and verified your payment. Shipped – your order has been dispatched. How do I get an invoice? Print an invoice. You can view or print a receipt of your special gift purchase by logging into your account. You will see a list of the orders you have placed.
