Shipping & Delivery
UK Orders over £60.00 benefit from free delivery, The timescale for this is our standard UK 3-5 working days

Estimated delivery options and charges for online shopping from Boudoir Babe:

Standard UK postage is just £4.50, unless a promotional price is in place. This will be detailed in 'delivery options' on all of the main shopping pages.

Standard UK (Royal Mail or courier) - Delivery usually within 3-5 working days

Express UK* - Delivery within 1-2 working days following the day the order is placed. No delivery at weekends. If your order is placed over a weekend we will treat your order as if it was placed on Monday. Express delivery applies to UK customers only.

Please allow extra time for delivery during busy holiday periods.

We are not liable for any losses due to delays in the delivery of your parcel once it has left our warehouse.

Orders may require a signature on delivery

Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail or courier. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery before contacting us. A signature may be required.
Overseas customers should be aware that unless you select the signed for service then we are unable to take any action for non delivery until 25 days has passed (this is the timescale that Royal Mail specify).

* Express delivery orders are sent out by Business Post/ Courier or Special Delivery and will always require a signature. Please use an address where there will be someone to sign for the package. We are sorry that Boudoir babe cannot change a delivery address once the item has been despatched. There is no 'Express' delivery service on Saturday/ Sunday. Boudoir Babe does not take responsibility for delays once items have left our warehouse.


Returns & Replacements
You can cancel your order at any time prior to you item being dispached by e-mailing us NB Please type 'CANCELLED' followed by your ORDER NUMBER in the 'comment line'. Any payment you have made will be . Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reach your account.

Non Faulty Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind and would like to exchange your item or return it for a full refund you need to let us know within 14 days after receiving your order. You will need to return your purchase within 28 days after delivery by:

1a- e-mailing us through our website - NB Plesae type 'RETURN' followed by your ORDER NUMBER in the 'comment line'. Please let us know why you would like to return the item. We will then send you return instructions.1b-You can also let us know in writing at the following address:, PO Box 643, Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 4XQ.

2- If returning an item, your goods must be complete, unused and in "as new" resalable condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the item you must have done so without damaging or marking the item in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

You can receive a refund or exchange up to the same value as the returned item.
3- You are required to return the product at your own cost. Please note that the original delivery charge is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.

If the item returned does not meet our criteria we reserve the right to hold the item until an additional shipping fee is paid to post the item back to you.
We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.

We cannot refund your purchase when:
1- you return your product without proof of purchase or order number.

2 - the product has been damaged or marked.

3- the goods were a special order/a customised or personalised product.

Return of Faulty Items The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds).

To qualify for a refund or exchange you must:
1- Email us within 7 days of receipt of your item at Please type 'FAULTY ITEM' and your ORDER NUMBER in the 'comment line'. Please detail in which way the item is faulty. We will then send you return instructions.

2- The item must be returned in otherwise "as new" condition; and 2- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it.

3- Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without proof of purchase. They must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Placing an order with BoudoirBabe

You can place an order and pay online on the BoudoirBabe website, unfortunately we are unable to take payments over the phone.

When you place an order you are making an offer to BoudoirBabe to purchase the goods detailed in the order subject to these terms.
When you have placed an order online we will send you an automatic email confirmation that your order has been received. This email is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted and it is not a confirmation that we will be able to meet your order. A contract between you and BoudoirBabe for the sale of the products will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If the product(s) on your order are not available within 3 weeks we will notify you by email or telephone.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered unless we notify you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our procedure. The sales contract is completed in England. We might not be able to accept an order for the following reasons:

1) The gift item you ordered being out of stock
2) We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
3) We identify an error in the pricing or description of a product
4) You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by our team. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

How do I get an invoice?
Print an invoice.
You can view or print a receipt of your special gift purchase by logging into your account. You will see a list of the orders you have placed. Click on ´order reference´. Click on the Printable version tab to print the invoice. If you have any difficulties please contact our team who will be happy to help!


Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They exclude delivery charges (for details see Delivery below).

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. gift-wrapping), plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.

Prices and offers are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If an item becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

Now accepting PayPal

PayPal is safe and easy to use. With PayPal we can accept all major credit and debit cards, once you have a PayPal account set up you never have to enter your card details on our website. This keeps us both safe from credit card fraud. Payment is deducted only when we process your order.

If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.

We have the right to change pricing, promotions and discounts at any time.
Promotions, coupons, discounts and promotional discount codes offered by are valid only for use as part of a purchase made at, online or as a telephone order unless otherwise stated. Such promotional discounts are not valid for use as part of a purchase in any concessions. vouchers can be exchanged for goods on the website. Viewing Orders
How do I track the delivery of my order/ order status?

Providing you have registered on our website rather than checking out as a guest you can login and track your order from our website. You can see your account history and the status of each of your orders as follows:

Pending – your order is in progress but your payment has not yet been received by us. Once payment has been received this status will change to 'paid'. An order can be cancelled at this stage and a refund will be issued.
Paid – We have received and verified your payment.
Shipped – your order has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email for advice
Cancelled – your order has been cancelled by you or us.
